Nihon Spindle’s Newest Wheel Machine is the VF-VW2615-CNC6-T3. New Vertical Type Flow Forming Machine with 3 independent rollers for one-piece alloy wheels.
Features:
- High speed processing with 3 rollers and a high power main spindle motor (Example: Net process time 22 sec. for 17"x7.5" casting wheel)
(Note : Depending on work-piece shape, time may vary.)
- Highly accurate process by adopting AC servo motor drive control and high rigidity structure.
- Spinning unit applies AC servo motor and ball screw. Compared with hydraulic method, maintenance cost & frequency are 30% less.
